Brookland listserv. There are fences and then there are bad-ass fences. This might become one of those:
Does anybody know if there are any ordinances against using barb wire in DC? I have a six foot fence between my neighbors building and mine that people are climbing at all hours of the day and night to visit another neighbor via their back door.
Maybe there's a better way to deal with this problem, as suggested by somebody on the listserv: Talk with you neighbor first, the poster wrote, adding, "That's how crazy feuds start -- one little thing that could have been nipped in the bud early on."
