Classical Music Concert Saturday

Enjoy an evening of romantic music by candlelight and wine on Saturday, November 13, 8pm at historic Dumbarton Church at 3133 Dumbarton Street, NW.

The Left Bank String Quartet and NSO clarinetist Loren Kitt pay homage to the greatest spirits of the Romantic era, Johannes Brahms and Antonin Dvorak. The candlelit hall is the perfect setting for the music of these romantic souls, including Brahms’ magnificent Clarinet Quintet Op. 115 and Dvorak’s last string quartet, the sublime G Major, Op.106. And we offer Johann Hummel’s lovely Clarinet Quartet in E Flat Major as our evening's musical appetizer.
