Maggio Roofing 301-891-1390 is, without a doubt, the best. We recently suffered major snow & ice damage during last winter's storms. They came the day the ice dams formed & removed them. They helped us at every critical point with the insurance company & adjusters which was key to getting a reasonable settlement. Our insurance company told us we picked a well known & very reliable roofer which made it easier for them to make a fair & reasonable settlement. Then, they did the work with quality materials & a qualified crew, including the office staff. We expected a painful & costly process. In fact, we could not have been happier with the results. I have used Darryl Hawthorne who is now with Rasevic Construction for both flat and pitched roofs. His men seem to work with all materials. I consider them very professional and very competent. They aren't cheap but I trust them. My gosh, they even clean my gutters three times a year. I have used them personally and recommended them numerous times to others who never failed to be pleased. Ask the contractor to see their contractor's license (not just a business license). Ask for documentation showing that they have general liability insurance which will cover any damage to your property that might happen while they are working on your property.
