Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program Registration Begins Today

Registration is about to begin again for the Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program. Any DC resident between the ages of 14-21 can register for a job. The program runs from June 27 to August 5 (same as summer school). Registration begins Friday, February 25 at 3:30 pm and ends on March 19.

The program has been scaled back more than 50% and it's first come, first served. If you or anyone you know wants a job, register early. Register at summerjobs.dc.gov. If you want to request working in the Library, register at the summerjobs.dc.gov website, then contact Rebecca Renard at the DCPL Jobs for Teens page, found at dclibrary.org.
