Tails High Seeking Foster Homes for Cats and Kittens

Tails High, Inc. is a group of volunteers who rescue and find homes for non-feral local cats and kittens -- that is, house pets that have become strays or have been abandoned by their owners.  The volunteers humanely trap them, provide veterinary care, foster them, and then find permanent homes for them.

The Petco store in Cleveland Park, 3305 Connecticut Avenue NW, has generously offered Tails High a venue on Saturday afternoons from 11am - 3pm. The search is on for neighborhood people who are interested and willing to work assist in any and all phases of this effort.  Most needed are offers of a temporary home for a cat or kitten(s). The fosters would bring them to local adoption events, until a forever home can be found for each.
