    How about just turning bars and liquor stores into 24 hour venues? The all-hours drinkers won't be sober enough to know that they're paying through the nose in taxes. Meanwhile, those of us who don't drink can sit at home, where it's quiet and safe, while others are chipping in our "share" of alcoholic tax revenue.
