Get Out! Say Happy Birthday to ULYSSES - 100 Years Old!

The event of the week is the 100th Birthday of James Joyce's ULYSSES.

You can attend the celebration of this literary landmark's centennial either in person or in cyberspace.

A conversation about the book Ulysses on the 100th anniversary of its publication.

Upon the 100th anniversary of the publication of Ulysses by James Joyce, join us for a special conversation with Ireland's ambassador the United States Dan Mulhall who will discuss his book Ulysses: A Reader's Odyssey. In conversation with DC Public Library director Rich Reyes-Gavilan, Mulhall will talk about this essential introduction for all readers seeking to navigate Joyce's notoriously impenetrable masterpiece.
