Is CNN the New Pornographer?

Is CNN trying to insinuate sex into its stories, where no belongs, or are the headline writers merely subconsciously in love with innuendo? Two headlines in the last two days about stories that have nothing to do with sex have been presented with salacious headlines.

Item one:  Alumni Want Lohan to Take Shirt Off is the CNN story about how  East Texas State University doesn't want Lindsay Lohan to wear their school's t-shirt.

Item two: Jurors Watch Anna Nicole Smith's Bath as Trial Nears End is how CNN presents a story about the former Playboy model giving her infant daughter a bath.
