Kwame Brown Speaking at St. Columba's Church, Thursday

Prospective DC Council Chairman Kwame Brown will be the guest speaker at the Ward Three Democratic Committee meeting on Thursday, October 28 at 7:15 PM at St. Columba's Episcopal Church, 4201 Albemarle Street, NW.
