Today it won't get any warmer than 52 degrees, but it will be sunny. On the other hand, with a northerly breeze of about 10 miles per hour kicking in, it will feel like 47 degrees. We may never get Congress to repeal the twice-a-year clock change, but maybe as a compromise we can move the day that we go from Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time from Sunday to Monday. The extra hour of sleep is kind of wasted on a Sunday.
