Planning Workshop for Retirees on Dec. 9

The Iona House Senior Services Center in Tenleytown is offering a Take Charge/Age Well Seminar on Roles and Relationships in Retirement

This practical workshop is designed for retirees (or those planning their retirement) who are eager to remain active, engaged and connected.

This practical workshop will assist you to:

• Create your social portfolio, a great strategy for maintaining quality of life as you grow older, and
• Explore how volunteer opportunities can enhance your lifestyle and utilize your skills.

Led by: Deb Rubenstein, MSW, LICSW. Deb has over 15 years of experience as a counselor and workshop leader and is Director of Iona's Consultation, Care Management and Counseling Services, and, Lylie Fisher, Director of Community Engagement and a Certified Life Coach.

When:  Thursday, December 9 1:00pm - 2:30pm
