Good Morning: Take to the Skies

This winter's weather is torture. Just a little bit of snow every week or so. I bet that by the end of winter we'll have accumulated as much snow as we did last winter, except that this year it's coming in dribs and drabs. Come on: We can take it. Let it snow like you mean it!  After the snow stops, today's high will be in the upper 30's.

On this day in 1979, the first commercial 747 flight took place between New York City and London, and on this day in 1976 the Concorde supersonic jet had its maiden voyage.
