I can recommend David Haim. He does small jobs and big. He is a licensed electrician who works for himself and sometimes has his 19-year old son help him on jobs. David's cell phone is 301-538-9192. He charges $85 per hour and did not charge us for his travel time. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and fixed all our issue within an hour. In addition, he arrived at the scheduled time!

We have used Stephen Palmer Electrician for the past 9 years. They have always been on time, very efficient, and polite. They are not the cheapest, but work with you. We did an upgrade a few years ago, and they told us that they would do what we wanted, but it would be better to do X, which would be better in the long term. I highly recommend them.
