There's a fun event coming up in Cleveland Park, which benefits the Gan HaYeled preschool of Adas Israel. All are invited to the first (hopefully of many) annual Artisan and Book Fair on the evening of Wednesday, February 23 from 5:30-9 PM.
Meet and shop with more than 40 local artists and authors, including current and alumni Gan parents, Adas folks, and members of the greater DC community, who will be on hand to read from and sign their books, or sell a beautiful hand-embroidered bag, a personalized silver necklace, organic skin products, and much more.

Shop for your kids, your friends, and especially for yourself. For questions, please email Bonnie Roskes, (bonnieroskes @ gmail.com), who is also one of the featured artists, showing her hand-designed kids' project books on Google SketchUp, and her daughter will be selling her very pretty beaded necklaces.
Adas Israel is at 2850 Quebec Street, NW, just a block east of Connecticut Avenue and two blocks north of the Cleveland Park Metro station.
