I just happened to notice that the DC Department of Parks & Recreation is opening all outdoor pools this weekend, including the long-delayed, problem-plagued project, the Hearst Pool. So far I have not received any sort of announcement of a Grand Opening or a celebratory event – so all I can do is ask our readers if they’ve heard of anything planned for the occasion. And I can provide the bare facts from the DC DPR’s website for Hearst Pool:Image: DPR website
