It certainly feels like it's going to be a cold, snowy winter. Thursday will be cold with possibly up to an inch of snow. How cold? Another day where the thermometer might just reach freezing. A warming trend follow, with temps in the upper 30's Friday through Sunday. (And on Sunday there's another chance for snow.)
