Water Meeting for Ward 3 Residents, April 24 at UDC

Before you wake up one morning to find out that all the water in your house has been turned off for the day for construction work, you have an opportunity to learn about DC Water's construction and maintenance plans for your area. Here's the announcement of the meeting you may want to attend:


What: Water Projects and Problems in Ward 3
When: Tuesday, April 24, 2012, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Where: University of the District of Columbia, Windows Lounge, 4200 Connecticut Ave, NW 

Councilmember Mary Cheh, DC Water General Manager George S. Hawkins and members of the DC Water team will be in Ward 3 to talk about water projects and issues affecting the Ward 3 community. 

Discussion topics include proposed water and sewer rate increases, drinking water, infrastructure, cleaning our rivers, job opportunities and whatever else is on your mind. We hope to see you there!
